Classification of Technology, Equipment and Machine Tools. Evolution and Development DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2023.31.2.50.72
An analysis and evolution of approaches to the methods of technology and equipment classification is presented, the state, basic gradations and peculiarities of existing classes and types of technologies and equipment, metal-cutting machines in particular, are considered. Conceptual statements, principles, structures are offered, and a constructing method for multilevel system for classifying technologies, technological methods and processes for machining of products, processing equipment, and manufacturing systems which are based on and described by an energy-information model implementing physical phenomena and effects is given.

Aspects of Environmentally Friendly Mould Making. Eco-friendly Foundry Moulds with Liquid Glass for Artistic Castings DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2023.31.2.76.80
It is proposed to use technology of moulds manufacturing by CO2 process with application of mixtures with liquid glass, ecologically clean binder. A plasticizing additive to reduce the amount of binder and compositions of mixtures with reduced content of binder have been investigated.

Finishing Abrasive Blasting of Parts Made of Polymer-composite Materials DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2023.31.2.82.86
The finishing abrasive machining technology of parts from polymer-composite materials (PCM), providing surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.63) and preventing water absorption and swelling of treated surface is developed. The effective way of water-air mixture feeding into the cutting zone using inner channels of the tool is determined.
