The technical level and competitiveness of cutting machines The article presents methodological basis of quality assessment (output parameters) of cutting machines and technological system for processing of components, which quality is understood as precision of the size, shape and location of treated surface, and the quality of the cutting machine is estimated by the largest variance of geometric image of the component. It considers the method of evaluation of the technical level of the technical object and the selection of analogues. On the basis of analysis of the data array, formed of elements of the sets of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the basic properties, the article describes the degrees of similarity (the prototype, analogue, equivalent) of technical objects.

EVALUATION AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF UNEVEN HEATING OF CUTTING MACHINE’ METAL COMPONENTS Non-uniformity of temperature change of column and non-uniformity of temperature change of spindle head are considered. The effect of the non-uniformity of temperature distribution on the resulting displacements of the spindle axis is determined.

Management of Corporate Master Data in Industrial Holdings and Corporations The article presents the issues of implementation of MDM-systems for the consolidation of master data, unification of services on work with these data, standardization of formats of their presentation and exchange at various hierarchical levels (corporation- enterprise-subdivision). As a solution it proposes the first domestic MDM class program complex, adapted to the conditions of industrial production – Semantic MDM.

Milling Methods of rectangular and curved single-chip grooves on the Taps The complex modeling of milling operations of grooves on the taps is performed both by the terminal tripartite disk cutters and disc radius cutters, which allowed us to obtain estimates depending on various parameters of the operation. The article presents the schemes of processing by all types of cutters, which implement the process with the setting parameters.

Water quality control – a lean water treatment in industry. Regarding using the tools of chemical-analytical control the article presents the technique to eliminate production losses associated with excessive water purification carried out in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in terms of technological uncertainty and measurement error. It submits the method of step-wise approach to the regulation of water quality monitoring in order to gain lean water management; illustrative examples are given.

Research in industrial conditions have shown high descriptiveness in measuring of cutting forces and confirmed the efficiency of created pallet in multi-task machines with automatic change of workpieces.
