The Level of Technological Independence Achieved: Problems and solutions DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2025.39.2.52.64
The paper critically examines the assessing methodology for achieved level of technological independence, summarises its main shortcomings and proposes a variant to overcome them. The theory of measurement and technological development, the author's approaches in the field of "economy of technology" as a new scientific direction, including typification, accounting and measurement of technological potential and sovereignty are used as a methodology. We propose an algorithm that significantly modifies the approved methodology of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and improves it in terms of increasing the plausibility of assessing technological independence (sovereignty).

New Multifunctional Hydraulic Press for Pneumothermal Moulding and Isothermal Forging DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2025.39.2.14.16
Hydraulic press with CNC for pneumothermal forming and isothermal stamping DA400.03 designed by SO "Pressmash" is presented. It is intended for producing parts from titanium and aluminium in superplasticity mode. The original design of the prefabricated thermal chamber allowing to increase the energy efficiency of the machining process is also described.

The technique of continuous control of cutting tool condition by cutting sound using artificial intelligence is developed. Diagnostics of the state of carbide end milling cutters with the help of neural network by means of recording and processing of audio signal accompanying the process of milling with new and worn tools is carried out.

The application of the heuristic synthesis algorithm is considered on the example of the problem of adhesive setting during reduction. The steps of its application in comprehensive reduction are consistently shown and described. The results obtained during experimental studies are presented, technical recommendations are given, implemented on the example of manufacturing a shaped mandrel.
